Zara (northeast only)

Zara is 1-year-old Husky mix weighing 48 lbs. She a gentle pup who loves to be petted and loves to lick you back. She likes walks where she can take the time to smell everything around. She sometimes pulls on the leash a little when she is excited and looks back as if asking if she can go a little faster.

Zara has a beautiful white coat with stunning light blue eyes that will dazzle you when she looks in your direction. She likes playing with other dogs and might overwhelm small dogs with her playfulness. She is crate trained but sometimes is stubborn and might need a small push (nothing drastic) to help her in the crate. She sleeps through the night in her crate.

Zara is intelligent and curious. She rides well in the car with or without a crate. Without a crate she tends to sit or lie down, every once in a while sticking her head between front seats to get a pat. She is very active in the backyard, especially if there is another dog who likes to play.

Zara is available for adoption in the Northeast.
