Penny (TX Only)

Who could resist this precious face?! Penny is a 2 year old female, looking for someone to spoil her & teach her about the wonders of a world. Penny is a lucky coin rescued from the streets of Abilene Texas. Her former owners abandoned her when they moved and she roamed free for months before trying to find her forever home and sought refuge with the comfort of a big Weimaraner and a couple house cats (her current foster home).

She was severely abused and takes time to trust.

Penny is looking for a house with a large fenced in yard as she prefers the outdoors where she can sun bathe, and run around.

Penny loves to play with both cats and dogs as well as chasing the ball. She is always ready to go for a walk, or trip to the grocery store.

She will thrive with an owner who is dedicated to building her social confidence.

Penny would love to join a family with another dog she could call her sibling. The more she comes out of her shell the sweeter she is.
