Ginny

Look into Ginny’s brown eyes and you will see a wise old soul in this young girl! Ginny is a gentle, mellow 3-year-old female Staffie mix and weighs approximately 60 lbs. She hasn’t met a dog or person that she doesn’t like! Ginny is chill but does enjoy running and play-wrestling with her foster family’s dogs who vary in size from 11 lbs. to 100 lbs. She also enjoys wading on the beach in the pool to cool off from the hot summer days and all the frolicking.

More than anything, Ginny enjoys a good belly rub and lovin’. It doesn’t take much to hit one of her many tickle spots that gets her tick-tock tail wagging and her back leg kicking! To say she enjoys her food is an understatement! Ginny will look at you expectantly and spin in circles as you carry her bowl to the spot where she eats. She waits patiently for her evening treat and loves to carry around or lay with her teddy. If you have a smaller dog in the house, she will be happy to snuggle with him and adopt him as her own, which is why we nicknamed her “Mama Dog.”

While Ginny could be an only dog, the perfect home for her would include another dog who needs a buddy to explore the yard with and a family that has time to shower her with the affection she deserves. Ginny is spayed, fully potty trained, walks well on a leash with her harness, and is happy to sleep on a dog bed next to your bed or in the family room.
