Nobody puts Baby in a corner. This beautiful girl was rescued from euthanasia at an overcrowded shelter in south Texas. She’d been found in poor condition, missing most of her hair from mange and roaming the streets hungry and homeless. She was in such poor shape, we couldn’t even tell what breed she was. And then her coat came in and she blossomed. It soon became clear to us she was a German Shorthair pointer mix by the way she focused on her foster family’s chickens (and cats). Baby has a large dog family right now, she thrives with attention and play and although she isn’t interested in playing ball, she’ll enjoy a squeaky toy to pass the time. Baby is a great traveler, she’s good on a leash and kind to children. We think she’s pretty special and we’re so thankful that she’s here to show us how to live and love life after being given a second chance.

Baby is available for adoption in Texas and the Northeast.
